Tachikawa (Wuxi) Semiconductor, a subsidiary of Tachikawa (Zhuhai) Group, is the core R&D/manufacturing base for semiconductor inspection equipments, with regional subsidiaries in Zhuhai, Wuxi, Mingguang, and Hangzhou covering R&D, production, sales, and service.
Wuxi Tachikawa offers probers (P200/P300/T200/T300), wafer cleaning, and grinding/thinning equipments for CP testing. Through Sino-Japanese R&D, we have proprietary optical imaging and motion control solutions with a stable domestic supply chain.
As a certified Jiangsu High-Tech enterprise, the Group holds 65 IP assets (15 patents, 25 copyrights) as of June 2026. We will provide tailored CP test solutions to overcome your critical inspection challenges.
