May 27, 2026 – an auspicious day for relocation and new beginnings!

Tachikawa (Wuxi) Semiconductor Equipment Co., Ltd. has officially bid farewell to its former office and moved into its new home at No. 86 Xixian Road, Xiexin Science and Technology Industrial Park, Wuxi.

Since setting down roots in Wuxi, Tachikawa has been quietly growing on this fertile ground of the semiconductor industry. From a team of just a few dozen in the early days to an ever-growing workforce today; from the rollout of our very first probe station to a comprehensive lineup covering fully automatic 8-inch and 12-inch wafer probing solutions—every step may not have been the fastest, but each one has been solid and deliberate.

This time, we chose to move to the Xiexin Science and Technology Industrial Park – not just for the larger production and R&D spaces and the well-established industrial infrastructure, but also for the greater possibilities that lie ahead.

Yes, our production lines have been expanded, and our R&D labs have been upgraded. But more importantly, while our location has changed, our commitment has not. Tachikawa remains the same Tachikawa – dedicated to probe station development, committed to tackling the technical nuances of wafer alignment and probe contact control, and devoted to serving every customer and partner with the utmost care.

New environment, new starting point – but our original aspiration remains the same: to build our equipment with integrity and to perfect our technology with dedication.
