From September 4 to 6, 2025, the 13th China Semiconductor Equipment, Core Components, and Materials Exhibition (CSEAC 2025) was officially held at the Wuxi Taihu International Expo Center. Tachikawa (Wuxi) Semiconductor Equipment Co., Ltd. showcased its self-developed precision inspection and testing equipment series at Booth 607, Hall A6, featuring products including wafer probing stations, wafer thinning machines, and IWC wafer cleaning systems.

This year's exhibition brought together over a thousand companies from across the entire semiconductor industry chain, establishing itself as one of the most influential professional events in the domestic equipment sector. Leveraging Wuxi's local industrial and geographical advantages, Tachikawa's technical and sales teams conducted live equipment demonstrations on site, providing one-on-one complete technical solutions to address key customer pain points, including the replacement of imported equipment, automated quality inspection upgrades for production lines, and precision wafer inspection.

During the exhibition, the company actively engaged in multi-faceted industry exchanges. The team participated in several specialized forums on semiconductor precision testing technology, discussing with industry association experts and peer companies the pathways for upgrading high-end inspection equipment through domestic substitution. At the same time, the team connected with multiple university research groups to discuss industry-university-research collaboration on vision inspection algorithms and high-precision motion control systems. The company also held discussions with a number of local component suppliers on supply chain optimization, further strengthening its self-reliant and controllable supporting system.

The exhibition yielded impressive market results. Over the three-day event, the company received more than 100 groups of professional visitors, including wafer fabs, packaging and testing enterprises, and semiconductor component manufacturers from across the country. Cooperation intentions were reached with a number of high-quality customers.

A representative of Tachikawa Semiconductor stated that this domestic exhibition has effectively enhanced the company's brand influence in the field of domestically produced precision inspection equipment. As the next step, the company will move quickly to facilitate equipment verification and production line validation for interested customers, while continuing to deepen its independent R&D efforts in semiconductor inspection equipment, supporting the domestic development of the integrated circuit industry with reliable technology.
